Yes. We are a licensed customs broker and clear import and export cargo by air and sea, through an EDI link to Thai Customs.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form at the top of this page, or email Sales@pacificstar.co.th. Please tell us the origin and destination, what you are shipping, its weight or volume (or container type), and the date you need it moved.
What documents are usually needed to import goods into Thailand?
Typically a commercial invoice, a packing list and the bill of lading (sea) or air waybill (air). Some goods also need a permit or licence from the relevant Thai agency. Tell us what you are shipping and we will confirm the exact requirements.
How are import duty and VAT calculated in Thailand?
Duty is charged on the CIF value (goods + freight + insurance) at the rate for the product’s HS code. VAT of 7% is then charged on the CIF value plus duty. Try our import tax estimator.
Should I ship FCL or LCL?
FCL (full container load) suits larger volumes, because you book the whole container. LCL (less than container load) suits smaller shipments: your cargo shares a container and you pay for the space you use. Our guide compares them in detail.
